Returns and Refunds

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds, since as soon as you place your order, we send off for it to be custom printed and sent directly to you from the factory. This means we don't ever see the product, and therefore cannot accept returns or refunds if you have recieved your product.

 

Please check your size before ordering, as we cannot just switch out the hoodies if they don't fit.

If your product is damaged when it arrives, then contact us and we will do our best to get it returned and refunded.

If you have made your order in the past couple of minutes, and would like a refund, for whatever reason, we may be able to help you as long as your order has not been printed yet. Contact us ASAP, and we will do our best to get you your money back, however once more, we cannot guarentee anything and may have to charge a fee of up to $3 depending on where you live, this is because of the fees that our payment processor charge.
